In comparison our process is similar to going to a renown tailor with your own design in mind to make you something that perfectly fits you. Prestige Chandelier’s process is similarly a unique process and a personal experience with every client having their own individual needs met. For starters we request our client for pictures and dimensions as needed for us to get a visual of the project. After that if we confirm it, we start the process to achieve the desired goal whatever it maybe to achieve. If we can sketch it we can create it.

  1. Design  and Sales deposit
  2. Drawing, Samples and Production
  3. Shipping arrangements and Delivery
  4. Installation.

The entire process is a step by step process which we will be glad to share with you once you have submitted your request by contacting us first.

Being raised in New York City area as a design fan we believe in diverse styles, so our manufacturing ability over the years has become diverse as well. We  collaborate with experienced workshops and factory professionals to be able to meet our clients unique requirements as well.

We require 50% deposit to start the process. 50% balance upon completion before shipping. In some cases we may require 100% payment in advance.

We provide 1 year manufacturers warranty on all the products we provide.

Due to our items being custom made tailor made just for the client, there is no returns, refunds or exchanges.  We do not start production unless we have checked everything with our clients first for their approvals. We take every measure we know how to make sure our items are perfectly made for our clients based on their request. We also use our combined expertise to make sure every item we make is safely packed in extra strength boxes for shipping. Should there be any parts damaged during transit, we replace it at no cost.

Delivered items must be inspected by recipient within 24 hours of receiving to check and confirm item(s) inside are intact. Recipient must send Prestige Chandelier pictures by email. Should the items are delivered in other facilities other than the installation site (such as storage facilities etc) Prestige Chandelier will not be responsible for any damages after as handling of the shipment is out of our control. Thank You

All our chandeliers come with some spare parts for future use. This is just in case it is needed in the future.

All our chandeliers come pre-assembled with easy to assemble instruction manuals made specifically for your light fixture.

We can also provide additional help through email with diagrams if needed to make sure installation by the local installer is successfully completed.

Yes. As per your request it can be made.

All our fixtures are packed for shipping and come pre-assembled for easy installation with manuals for the installers. We include all the paper works needed for easy instructions. For wire connections we suggest an electrician.
