I had discussions about the design I desired. The representative asked specific and detailed questions to make sure that my expectations were met. I was sent samples of crystals to chose from and a detailed sketch of the design to approve prior to manufacturing. Expectations in terms of how long it would take from design to final production were outlined from the beginning and met.
